Went for the first time a few weeks ago for the salmon facial. The drive from San Diego was very quick, they’re right over the boarder. And they had parking attendants to make that easy. There was a wait time when I checked in but it wasn’t bad, reception was very nice and the salon was busy. When I go to the room for my facial the tech was very nice and she made the experience very relaxing. I felt like she knew exactly what she was doing. It’s been a few weeks and I feel like I’m seeing great results from the facial also. My skin is very even and I get compliments all the time. I’ll be back in a month or so for another, the recommending coming every 2 months for best results. Overall this was a great experience and I will for sure be back. ~ Amanda B
Fui a que me hicieran un peeling químico me explicaron el proceso, era la primera vez que me hacía uno y me gustó que no fuera agresivo entiendo que es de poco a poco y que a la primera no me va quitar todas mis manchas , seguiré cuidando mi piel en casa y regreso en 1 mes . Recientemente acudí a realizarme un masaje, y Creí que el masaje iba a ser más superficial, y me quedé gratamente, sorprendida porque duró un poco más de una hora. Yo solamente había acudido para realizarme tratamientos estéticos, como es el ácido hialurónico en Labios, y ahora con el masaje supero mis expectativas. ~ wendy p
My friend came to TJ for a doctor’s appointment and I was walking around looking for a nice spa where I could get a facial and she could get a massage after her appointment. So happy I happened to see this beautiful spa that is very clean and well-priced as well! I had a deep cleansing facial that left me feeling very refreshed. I definitely recommend it and next time I plan to try their other services (laser hair removal). Arturo was extremely helpful since I just walked in without an appointment; he answered all my questions and helped me make sure I’m set up for the next appointment as well. Muchas gracias! ~ Irena Z
Tuve una excelente experiencia en este spa. Fui a realizarme una limpieza profunda facial y desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir muy cómodo. El lugar es impecable, tranquilo y con un ambiente muy relajante. La persona que me atendió fue muy profesional, me explicó cada paso del procedimiento y estuvo pendiente de que me sintiera bien durante toda la sesión. Alejandra at the front desk helped me a ton. I don’t speak Spanish so she whatsapped me to communicate. She was so friendly and even went outside with me to help park. Alondra gave me a wonderful massage with essential oils in the beginning. She had me start face up which I loved because the grand finale of the massage ended on stomach with a focus on my neck and back. Dr Nunez was very helpful with my appointment and helped me decide on how much Botox to get. I appreciate him for wanting to stay natural and not pushing me to get more than necessary. His documents were all on the wall and he was very professional. The establishment was so clean with plenty of bathrooms, very welcoming, lots of green (my fave color) and everyone was so kind. I will work on my Spanish!! Get here earlier to find parking like even 30 minutes before. I had to circle the block a lot and the parking lot on the corner was full. Desde que entras al lugar te da una sensación de paz 🫶🏼. Llegué con mis pies hinchados y súper cansados por mi embarazo y la verdad que el masaje y el facial estuvieron geniales, al final me sentí ligera y bastante relajada. El personal bien agradable, definitivamente voy a volver. ~ Cristina P
Si quieres consentirte, sin duda My Sanctuary Med Spa es el lugar indicado. Recibí un trato muy cálido y amable, en todo momento me explicaban el procedimiento que me realizaban. Recientemente me aplicaron el salmón sperm facial (una delicia, nunca había visto mi cara tan hidratada), bótox y demás inyectables. Me gustó mucho el resultado y claro que regresaré, ya que sentí que estaba en manos de profesionales, un lugar muy limpio y que además se estaban utilizando productos de calidad. ~ Bry R
Visited My Sanctuary a few days ago and had a great experience. After looking at their services online, I decided to do the Ritual of Renewal: Facial + Massage package. It was so easy to book online. I was nervous about getting a massage since I've previously only had bad experiences with massages, but thankfully this wasn't the case. The spa is very clean and comfortable. I liked that they have private rooms with doors. The massage itself was fantastic and very relaxing. The facial afterwards was also great. The esthetician I had was very kind and professional. I will say it was probably the most aggressive facial I have received, especially when it came to cleaning out my pores. HOWEVER, my face was so fresh, clean, and glowing so it was worth it. My pores have never been cleaner! The cost was very reasonable. If you'd like to leave a tip, make sure to bring cash as they cannot add it on if you're paying with card. I would love to come back here for another session soon. ~ Justine C

Que bonito lugar, en cuanto llegas te relajas por que visualmente esta hermoso, muy limpio y ordenado, la atención en whatsapp y en la visita me encanto, abrieron solo por mi reserva en domingo a pesar de que no abren los domingos, eso fue un plus. ~ Lesli M

My experience at My Sanctuary Med Spa & Beauty Center in Tijuana, Mexico was outstanding. The facility is spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. Went there with my friends for a girls Spa Day and loved it. It was our first time and had a wonderful experience, we definitely want to go back for more services. We had facials and our hair done. Jorge is the stylist who did our hair and did a great job. Ricardo the manager/owner is very personable and offers great customer service. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Coming from Paris and wanted a great massage this place offers a very comfortable and welcoming hospitality , the massage was perfect and the. Masseuse was very gentle and professional ! I highly recommend that spa in Zona Rio . It include Valet parking . I also saw they offer many other aminities it’s a full salon of beauty and spa for men’s as for women’s .
